The examination will be held once(for 6 month & Profession / Short Term Courses), twice(for 1 year & more) a year by the authorised study centre. In case of 1 year or more duration courses students will be eligible to appear for ll-semester examinations only after six months of the successful completion of l-semester.

Certificate / Marksheet

Certificate / Diploma will be awarded by CENTRAL BOARD OF COMPUTER & TECHNICAL EDUCATION ( CBCTE ) only after the successful completion of the course which will be valid for employment all over India.

Evaluation & Assessment

The minimum qualifying marks for the semester examination are as follows -

• Diploma Course 40%
• Certificate Course 40%

After qualifying all the exams, the students are awarded grades as per their percentage of marks obtained.

• >=80% A+
• >=70% to < 80% A
• > = 60% to <70% B+
• > = 50%to<60% B
• > = 40% to < 50% C

Re Examination

A student has to secure at least 40% marks in each course/semester to qualify the exam. A student who does not clear the examination in one sitting will be allowed to re-appear in the failed exam. Re-examination fee (Same exam fee of the respective course) has to be paid by Demand Draft favoring " CENTRAL BOARD OF COMPUTER & TECHNICAL EDUCATION ". Students failing to appear in the re-examination within the specific period of time shall not be entitled for the certificate or for further re-examination. Such students are to go through the complete registration procedure to get a re-admission.
